Q.Can I reserve for a single night without any meals?
A.Yes, a one-night stay without any meal (single) is 4,378 yen (incl. tax). Please confirm it when you reserve.

Q.Do the rooms have a washroom/bathroom?
A.Each room has a modular bathroom. Available amenities include rinse-in shampoo and body soap.

Q.How far is the hotel from a bus stop/train station on foot?
A.Please refer to the information below.
Wakabamachi Teiryujo (Nagasaki Electric Tramway): two minutes on foot
Wakabamachi Bus Stop: one minute on foot JR Nishiurakami Station: 15 minutes on foot

Q.Do the rooms have a telephone?
A.There is no telephone to ensure privacy.

Q.What time is the check-in/check-out?
A.Check-in starts at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. Sometimes, we are able to accommodate your wish upon request.
Also, we ask guests to pay their accommodation fees when they check in. Please note in advance that we keep copies of the passports when non-Japanese guests check in.
There is no curfew after checking in and going out.

Q.For monthly accommodations, is there any price difference if a particular month has 30 days or 31 days?
A.The price is generally the same. This also applies to February that goes up to the 28th.

Q.Is it possible to extend the accommodation period during my stay?
A.It is possible provided that there is a vacancy.

Q.If I want to cancel, from how many days before do cancellation fees apply?
A.Please find the information below.
・One-night stays: Cancellation is free up to the day before the reservation at 5:00 p.m.
Same-day cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to a one-night stay: 4,378 yen (incl. tax).
・Weekly plans: Cancellation is free up to three days before the reservation.
Cancellations two days before to the day of the reservation will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to a two-day stay: 8,756 yen (incl. tax)
・Monthly plans: Cancellation is free up to a week before the reservation.
Cancellations six days before to the day of the reservation will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to a 3-day stay: 13,134 yen (incl. tax).

Q.Can I cook in the hotel room?
A.You can cook using the IH cooktop in the kitchen. However, you cannot cook something that produces smoke (grilling yakitori, fish, meat, etc.) as there is a smoke detector in the room.

Q.Can I use the Internet in hotel rooms?
A.All rooms have access to free Wi-Fi.

Q.Is there any PC for rental?
A.PCs and printers (fee required) are available in the Workcation Space.

Q.Is there any cleaning for weekly and monthly accommodations?
A.There is no cleaning, bed sheet replacement, or amenity replacement. However, the services are available at a cost if required.

Q.Is there any shopping mall or convenience store nearby?
A.A large shopping mall, Chitosepia, is two minutes on foot from HOTEL Siebold, so it is very convenient.

Q.Before checking in, I want to send some packages to the hotel. Can you keep the packages?
A.Yes, we can. Please send it to the front desk, and please also indicate the day of your check-in.

Q.How much is the parking. Also, what is the largest car size that can park there?
A.Please find the information below.
・Regular vehicles: 550 yen per day (incl. tax)/Two-ton trucks: 1,100 yen per day (incl. tax)
Cars larger than two-ton trucks cannot park.

Q.Can guests visit my hotel room?
A.All guests must register at the front desk.

Q.Can pets also stay?
A.We are sorry, but pets cannot stay as it may cause inconvenience to the other guests.

Q.Can I pay by credit card?
A.We do not accept credit card payments. We accept cash payments on the day of your reservation or bank deposit payments upon registration.

Q.Can children stay?
A.Yes. Primary school students pay half the price. Children younger are free.

Q.Is there any non-smoking rooms available?
A.We have non-smoking rooms available. Please request it at the time of reservation.

Q.Can I cancel during my stay?
A.You can cancel during your reservation period. However, cancellation fees will be charged. Please ask the front desk for details.
